Florida legislators want to kill solar net metering, and hundreds rallied in protest

State legislators in Florida have approved Florida SB 1024 and HB 741, which would require future rooftop solar panel owners to pay higher rates and curb net metering. Yesterday, solar workers traveled to Tallahassee and let legislators know what a terrible idea they think these bills are.

Faraday Future announces partnership with Myoung Shin to manufacture mass-market FF81 EV in South Korea

Southern California EV startup Faraday Future has shared news of a new partnership with South Korean automotive manufacturer Myoung Shin to produce its FF81 mass-market EV. Start of production is scheduled to begin in Korea in 2024, following Faraday Future’s production of its limited run FF91 EV in the third quarter of this year.

Tesla says it expects lawsuit over ‘systematic racial discrimination and harassment’ from DFEH, calls it unfair

Tesla announced that it is expecting the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) to file a lawsuit alleging “systematic racial discrimination and harassment” at Tesla.

The company preemptively defended itself calling it “unfair and counterproductive.”
