USPS doubles its order of electric vehicles, but sticks to mostly buying inefficient gas trucks

The United States Postal Service (USPS) announced that it updated its plan to update its fleet of delivery vehicles to double the number of electric vehicles as part of the order.

However, the USPS decided to unfortunately still mostly buy inefficient gas trucks as part of the 50,000-vehicle fleet refresh.

NIO rolls first batch of ET7 sedans off assembly line ahead of deliveries next week

NIO moves ever-closer to delivering its ET7 luxury sedan. The company announced the first batch of EVs has officially rolled off its assembly line in Hefei, China. ET7 deliveries remain on schedule to arrive to NIO reservation holders in China beginning March 28.

Einride partners with Maersk to electrify over one million shipments over the next five years

EV freight technology company Einride has announced a new partnership with Maersk to provide its Freight Mobility platform to the latter’s fleet. The transition will include 300 Einride electric trucks in what the companies are calling the largest operational contract for electric heavy-duty road freight to date.
